Agendarte provides software tools for appointment booking, scheduling, customer communication, and related operational workflows for service businesses.

Features may change over time. We may add, remove, or modify functionality to maintain or improve the service.

You are responsible for account activity under your credentials and for maintaining accurate information, secure passwords, and authorized access controls within your organization.

You must ensure your use of the service complies with applicable laws and any obligations owed to your customers.

You may not use the service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity, including unauthorized access, data misuse, spam, or infringement of third-party rights.

We may suspend or restrict access to protect the platform, users, and compliance obligations.

Paid features are subject to pricing and billing terms presented at purchase or subscription time. Taxes, payment provider fees, and related charges may apply.

The platform may rely on third-party providers (for example cloud hosting, messaging, email, and payment services). Availability and performance of those services may affect delivery outcomes.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, security risks, or legal requirements.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agendarte and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction specified in your commercial agreement with Agendarte or, where none exists, by the jurisdiction of Agendarte's principal place of business.
