Data Deletion Instructions
This page explains how to request deletion of personal data associated with your Agendarte account, including data linked through Facebook Login.

1. Who can request deletion
Any person who has an Agendarte account, booking profile, or social-login identity connected to Agendarte can request deletion of their personal data.
2. How to submit a request
Send an email to hello@agendarte.com with subject: Data Deletion Request.
For Facebook Login related requests, use subject: Facebook Data Deletion Request.
3. Required details
Include the email address used in Agendarte and, when available, your Facebook account identifier linked to the login.
Add enough context (for example organization name or latest booking date) so we can locate the correct records.
4. Identity verification and timeline
We may request additional information to verify identity before deleting data.
After successful verification, deletion is processed within a reasonable period, usually within 30 calendar days unless legal retention obligations apply.
5. Scope and limitations
We delete or anonymize personal data we control, subject to legal, tax, fraud-prevention, security, and dispute-resolution obligations.
Data processed by third-party providers may require separate deletion requests under those providers' own policies.
6. Completion confirmation
Once processed, we send a confirmation response to the request email address.
